Q: Does this kit come with a CO2 tank?

It does not come with a co2 cylinder.

Q: What is the height with ball lock connectors attached? And can you use this regulator in a mini fridge?

I use a standard ball lock corney keg connector.?. I use these in a kegerator and in mini 3 shelf refrigerators...fits inside w/o shelves obviously:)

Q: Can this system be used in a commercial kegerator or homemade keezer?

This system comes with ball-lock connections that are different then Sankey (commercial kegs), while they can be used together it does take some modification. A homemade keezer is often the way most people use this system.
