Bought this as a present. Slightly gutted as the book has so much more content that the audio book I purchased for myself, so I could enjoy some interesting conversations whilst walking. If you like open exploratory conversations on a wide range of subjects (rather than berating aggressive monologues which seem to be the soup du jour at present) this could be the perfect reflective smorgasbord for you to sample and consider other viewpoints in an adult manner.

Good for your soul

Loved this book. Bought as a gift for someone else but I had a good look through it. As always from Oprah the words are as beautiful as the pictures. It will make a wonderful gift.

Still in the first quarter of the book and I have found it smoothly absorbing. It is an easy read with the smallest chapters I have ever read, though maybe that’s why it is refreshingly empowering and motivating.

Such a beautiful book, I have this also on Audible so glad I purchased the book as Oprah has included much more beautiful spiritual teachers, with great insights. love this book and there are plenty of aha! moments. very uplifting for the soul. Great stuff, thanks Oprah.
