Align is literally the best probiotic for me.

Finding a prebiotic that is dairy free is actually a bit harder than I thought. Although my other prebiotics were ok I didn't realize they contained dairy which made my stomach feel awful/uncomfortable.Align quality and easy to swallow tablets helps aid the side effects my tummy often runs into. Although it is not a complete cure all, but with 1 tablet it helps relieve the pain which helps give me a little more energy to go about my day. It is also a great size to put in my handbag.My only problem is that it only comes with 28 tablets so I have to keep my amazon subscription to send it to me every 3 weeks or skip 2/3 days.

I tried Align after using other brands for a few years. Initially I noticed no difference. After about a week I thought it might be working better than previous brands as there seemed to be reduced instances of stomach discomfort. After about 3-5 weeks I saw a distinct change for the worse in my digestive system. I experienced early morning bloating or nausea symptoms and gas. It worsened to the point where it affected sleep, consistently waking up 2-3 hours early and not being able to go back to sleep. These issues would typically go away at some point into my normal daily routine. But the sleep problems and morning bloating persisted. I tried everything, drastically reducing coffee, better meal balance and taking Preemptive Pepto Bismol before bed. I finally resorted to skipping the daily Align. On day #2 problems were diminished but still there. There was continuous improvement each night/morning for the next 5-7 days, By about day 9 or 10 I feel back to the previous norm. My FItbit sleep scores dropped from low 80's to consistent low 70's during the weeks while taking Align and have gone back up to the high 80's since getting this probiotic out of my system.My research indicates that Align uses a bacteria strain that is unique and different from other probiotic brands. Apparently it works well for some individuals. I am firmly convinced that Align usage may be detrimental to other people's digestive comfort and health.

My doctor recommended these when I took an antibiotic. The antibiotics reduce good bacteria when taking it. This is a good backup to replace the good bacteria in your gut.
