I paid in full for shipping and handling, for the entire couch, but only ever received half of a couch. Very annoying.UPDATE: The second half of the couch did arrive, only a day later. The issue isn't with Viogarden, but with FedEx. Anyone who has dealt with FedEx in the past probably isn't surprised by that.The couch itself is very comfortable, albeit smaller than I had initially expected. It's certainly nowhere near the listed weight as well. The back is short, so you can't rest your head on the cushions without slouching significantly, but this isn't as bad as you would think. It's shockingly comfortable for what it is. However, I don't fully believe it is worth it's listed price point, and certainly not what it costs to ship it. It's listed currently as $289, but it cost me in total $407 to finally get it after shipping and handling. It may be better to shop locally, depending on your location.TL;DR: Good starter couch at a steep price. Only buy when on sale.

It looks really nice. Was very easy to put together. I was surprised at how fast it arrived and it was amazingly well packaged. 2 small packages for a fairly large couch was impressive. It is however very uncomfortable. I picked this one specifically because reviews said it was comfortable but It really is not. The Bottom cushions are very very firm and the back support is short hitting me in the middle of the back. I can't sit on it for long periods of time but probably shouldn't be anyway. It is cool to order a couch through the mail and I'm happy enough but I probably wouldn't buy another.

It’s really not bad in general. Very comfortable easy to put together but it is so shallow . It’s just not too comfortable for an adult to sit on even my 16 yr old isn’t a fan.

The media could not be loaded. Looks nice..feels ok..but its pretty small..back feels kinda short...dont think it's made for tall or heavy people..perfect fit for the Waiting area at the stormi steel tattoo shop in wyoming ave p.a location..

I figured for $300 it wouldn’t be anything too great, but yet it was still a disappointment. Wrong parts, super uncomfy, seriously small, and overall not good quality. The “wood” legs are plastic. The cushions are hard. It’s basically a wooden frame that they threw some springs and fabric on. I was hoping to finally move away from my futon onto an actual sofa but my futon of 2 years is still more comfortable. Do not buy. Save yourself the time and money.

Wow didnt think it would be big enough for a tall smurf. Great for a kids room. I DONT ENDORSE ANYONE BUYING THIS UNLESS YOU NEVER WANT GUESTS TO COME OVER

It’s really simple to build and I loved the color. There’s a safety latch you put on yourself that keeps its sturdy. Definitely comfortable and worth every cent.

The couch was easy to assemble and fits perfectly in my living room. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, affordable and brand new couch to fill your space.
