The media could not be loaded. It's a nice size and should not have taken no more than about 20 mins to put up HOWEVER the directions are atrocious! Absolutely HORRIBLE! You're good until about step 4, step 4 I swear should be reserved as a punishment in Hell. It took me 4 hours to put up due to these sorry instructions;did it alone. Get some trampoline stakes to also help secure it, that's what I've done.

Very cheap materials the tarp feels paper thin don’t see this product lasting more than a month and the instructions are just pictures that you just have to figure out on your own. Pretty disappointed in this product. Tried to return this and they want 150$ to ship the product back and expect you to pay for it. SCAM DO NOT BUY !!

Great product, easy to install great price!

This was missing the tabs on the outside that you're supposed to use to anchor it to the ground so I had to go buy some straps and anchor it from the inside. Seems to be rain resistant but with the bottom flaps not being secure I recommend putting anything you don't want to get wet up on blocks or a pallet off the ground. The cover is pretty thick and I like to window vents. It's not very stable without a little extra tie downs but that's like most of these little structures. Now that I have stabilized with extra tie downs it will work for what I want to use it for. The opening is wide enough to pull my Harley in with ease.

This utility tent is very heavy duty, great quality, well designed, and looks great. It can handle wind if correctly installed. Rainproof but water can get under it. I keep my 46 inch deck riding mower with full bagging unit plus accessories, supplies and mower jack in there with plenty of space for dismount. It includes ratchets for tightening down the frame and skirts for laying weights on. The directions are a little confusing and you'll need help with some of the assembly.

UPDATE (6/5/2025): At first, I gave four stars, but changed to two stars because the customer service is not helpful at all. One of the pipes did not have a hole for the screw, and I took the photo and sent it to the customer service. I attached the photo here too. The customer service said that the photo is not clear. To me, this is very clear. The screw is in the left side, and it does not go through because the pipe does not a hole. I included the item number of pipe in the photo. I cannot take any better photo. I assume they just do not want to send me the new pipe. I am not requesting the replacement of entire product, but I requested only one pipe which does not have a hole. If they do not send me the new pipe, I will change the review to one star.(Original Review 6/3/2025) Overall, I am satisfied, but one of the parts is missing the hole for the screw. If it is not windy, this still works. However, it would fall down on windy day. I just requested the seller to send me the right parts. I shall see if they respond quickly.
