Game changer.
This was a game changer for my garage. I’m so glad I found this. For years water was coming into my garage from rain. After I installed this rubber seal. NO more rain, this is the best. Definitely worth the investment. Very good quality, easy to install. You do have to get use to the little bump coming in and out of the garage. Also made my garage door seal tighter. LOVE it.

Good quality
instructions are good, quality is very good, installed easily.Follow the instructions exactly, positioning the seal so it's a perfect lineup with the door and marking both edges with a pencil is important.I then ran the garage doors down and left the adhesive to set up.Definitely stops the rain from blowing under the door 100%.Did not find the glue nozzles in the kit but might have missed them.

Solid add for garage
A good addition to our garage that had gapping in places. Easily cut with a box cutter. I did have to put some weight on the strip once glued down because it had been rolled when delivered so needed to ensure it stay adhered. Its been in place for over a month and we’ve had no issues.

Awesome seal, but no adhesive!
Awesome rubber seal, but did not come with sealant/adhesive as advertised. Had to purchase at local store to complete garage.

keeps the mice out
We had mice that kept getting the garage. This did the trick. It closed up the gaps where they were getting in.
