Great product for icing injuries
Got for icing elbow injury. Easy to use and works great! Remember to run under warm water to get ice to separate from cup after freezing.

Suggest these all the time for my patients needing cryo therapy. Better for the planet than using foam cups and disposing and also keep your hands and fingers from freezing too compared to trying to use ice cubes. Durable, have had one for years and has lasted without wear or cracking.

Good, but not great.
Does what it is supposed to and holds ice. It does tend to make a mess though and the ice stick doesn't always freeze well in the cup, which causes the ice to disconnect from the plastic "top" when you go to use it. It was a good and inexpensive intro into cold therapy, but there are better products that do this with less mess out there on Amazon.

Amazing!
I was converted to Ice Massage in college when I suffered significant knee pain. I began using these (and a foam roller; I've reviewed a great one if you're looking) as part of my rehab regiment. I wish I could tell you that these are a pain free device that will solve all of your problems and world hunger too, but unfortunately that would be lying. Ice massage, like most deep tissue massage, is not a wonderfully enjoyable experience at the time. If shortly after you exercise and use it with small, precise strokes hitting knots (you'll develop a feel for where they like to accumulate and it makes it easier to track them down) and work the knots out you will feel a million times better. One trick I have learned with these, if you fill them with HOT water it will freeze faster and you will have stronger, clearer ice, and its also less likely to break or be rough. You won't regret buying this, I highly recommend them for any athlete.Cons: Only things that should be expected (i.e. water melts, which means if you don't put a towel or something under you; you will get wet).Pros: Easy to use, Eases Pain, Great for getting yourself back to training fast.

Save your money and make.. Almost 10 bucks.!!
Its a basic cup the size one might find in a game of mouse trap. And maybe made with the same fairly cheap plastic you wouldnt expect to cost almost 10 bucks for something you could find cheaper homemade. Also the picture shows 2 pieces they say a handle and something, one or the other is missing and though seems simple enough, no instructions. Again for so expensive a cheap mold of a cup there could have been instructions and a way to contact incase you're missing pieces for the cost.

Great little tool for icing down various aches and pains
My family and I have used Cryocups for years to treat various aches and pains, ranging from elbow and shoulder tendonitis to IT band syndrome and plantar fasciitis. With multiple runners in the house, it seems that every year there are a couple of minor issues that need to be addressed. The Cryocup is a great option for working with sore joints or muscles. It comes as a two-part unit. Put the two pieces together snugly, fill them with water, and place them upright in the freezer. When frozen, you just twist the two parts apart and use the exposed ice cube for an ice massage. More often than not I have to run them under warm water for 10 seconds to break the seal.No problem with durability, as my cups get very heavy use and have lasted for a number of years. Eventually the inside tabs break off, but it typically takes dozens, if not hundreds of applications before this happens.
