Love this stuff! I take it along with other supplements but i definitely notice when i have forvotten to take it a few days. No bad taste or smell (i drop it in my coffee daily and cant taste a thing) and it helps my mood a lot. I feel the drops are more absorbant than pills.

This supplement is great, but it doesn’t say how many mg of ashwaganda are in each mL and I can’t find it anywhere on this page either.
