It proved a job to find locally, so although this 500g was a bit much, for the price was well worth it,delivered next day,have stored in jars.

We love this stuff. It’s strong, and very bitter, but apparently has health benefits.. I stick it in cooking regularly. Sometimes needs other flavours like salt etc to balance it, and I use v little at a time
