The Pressure Cooker Cookbook: Homemade Meals in Minutes

I love this book, but think there is a mistake on page 75, spanish style pork chops with vinegar.......it said 2 minutes under pressure, and that does not seem like it is enough time......I make the Parmesan risotto all the time and the timing is right on......I won the electric pressure cooker, so I just set the time and brown in the pot.......If anyone can check that recipe........or made it let me know...

Perfect first book for my new Kuhn Rikon pressure cooker. Have tried many recipes and all delicious. Great risotto. Pork chops, chicken thighs in beer and fabulous artichoke and fresh pea recipe. Pressure cookers seem to have slightly different times needed so use this as a guide. (I cut down the time for artichokes and increased the time a bit for the pork chops as mine were very thick). Love it!

Has some good recipes that I wouldn't have thought of doing on my own. Lots of photos. Gives some good pressure cooking tips too!

I just read through the entire book; the recipes are so so. This book is not written for an electric pressure cooker,it is written for a manual one. Although it does include a few comments about electric models. I have an electric one. I also would like more one pot meals, not having to take them out, put them in a casserole pan and put it in the oven type meals.

Excellent basic pressure cooker cookbook with great recipes. I have had mine for a few years and just purchased another as a gift for my daughter. The Spanish Style Pork Chops is one of my favorites.

The recipes are easy to read and follow. Too bad we returned our electric pressure cooker and most likely won't be using this item any longer unless I can incorporate the recipes to the oven.

This book helped me learn how to use my new pressure cooker. The pressure cooker takes a little getting used to but having recipes specifically for the cooker made it a lot easier. :)

This was a very small book. Looked at some others and ordered them. Haven't made any out of it yet rating was because of size.

I wanted a book for every day but I don't think this is it. I don't like it.
