Lovely plant although had a problem with it. However, I received excellent customer service and a replacement was offered straight away. Great value and outstanding service, would definately buy from this company again.

Pant came in really good condition and it was nice and tall. Pot broken but as needed replanting that was not a problem.

I sent pictures a week after the plant arrived as I was hoping watering would save it. I watered twice then sent images as requested by seller. Then company said they would only refund if I returned the plant. Which was too much hassle so lost out. I still have the plant and a new shoot is appearing but mostly dead

The plant arrived in a box which was too small and it had squashed the plant. I took it out of the box carefully but one of the top shoots came off. The leaves started to fall off within the first couple of weeks. I've only had this plant a relatively short time now but it looks so bedraggled that I will shortly be disposing of it.I am house proud and I know how to look after plants as I used to work in a plant nursery so no idea what happened here..I've learnt my lesson and I won't be buying plants online again.

Received this plant today as per estimated delivery. It looks healthy, however, it only has two stems, instead of three, despite the clear description and photo.
