Our lab mix absolutely loves these and jealously guards them. Any time she hears the bag opening she's like a puppy again and runs to get the treat. Does she do that with literally every plastic bag whether there's a food item in it or not? Yes, but she can actually eat these. Bigger than other comparably priced dental chews, these have a pleasant minty smell and don't leave me feeling like I need to shower after handing them out. Keeps her occupied for a good few minutes. I can't say I've noticed a huge difference in her teeth cleanliness but her breath smells better (or at least we don't notice it as much) and hey, I'm not a dentist.Overall, a win.

Unfortunately only comes in packs of 9 (or a 2pk of 9 for 18) and individual dental chews are overpriced if being given to a large breed dog daily, and calories are too high for daily use. If these things don't concern you as much, I will say that I definitely recommend them as most dental chews for "large" dogs over 50lbs are way too small and can cause choking. Most brands max out their large sizes at 5" and contain powdered cellulose (aka SAWDUST - FFS people there are better filler options out there!) which my dog is allergic to. Since he is a 7.5 month old BMC pup with a lot of growing left to do they would have worked for now, but not when he is fully grown. I wish these companies would make dental chews for giant breed dogs with big mouths and strong teeth; my old newfie could have swallowed these in one bite. After trying so many brands and spending a fortune and lots of phone calls to manufacturers I am switching to the minties large for price, size, limited ingredients, and lower calorie content, but if I ever have issues finding those I'll likely use these in a pinch as they didn't make him sick and he - at his current size anyway - couldn't swallow them whole sideways. Bocce's would have been my go-to but they are even more expensive than these are.

The media could not be loaded. I’ve been purchasing these for over two years for my standard poodles (male -70lbs, female, 42lbs). The vet says their teeth look AMAZING and asked what I gave them, then said ‘keep up the good work’. And, if you watch the video with this review, you can see how much my dogs absolutely love these. My female (a rescue missing a front leg) snags hers and runs off with it every time. These are the best! Lincoln and Bonnie approved!

I have a very picky miniature dachshund, and wanted to get him a treat that he would not turn his nose up to. After various purchases of unsuccessful itemsi came across these dental chews. I read the reviews and found that others had found success for their picky pooches with these. I ordered them , and he loves them! All I have to is put one in front of him and he grabs it like a prized possession.

My big bear dog is picky about her dental chews, so I took a gamble buying a big ol bag of these. I must say I’m impressed :) hey Mikie, she likes it?!!! She is a Corso so I never expect anything to last more then a minute or two, aggressive chewer is an understatement, but these lasted a lil bit longer then that, so that’s a success in my book! Value and ingredients not bad either.
