I’ve used a lot of toners, and HaruHaru Black Rice Toner has truly earned its place in my daily routine. I have mature, hydration-thirsty skin and layer multiple toners and essences (skin flooding style).The texture is light but not watery — it has a slight body that makes it feel soothing and nourishing without being sticky. Very luxurious. It sinks in quickly and layers beautifully with other toners, serums, and treatments. I’ve noticed that my skin looks plumper, more even-toned, and stays hydrated longer when I use this consistently.I especially appreciate the black rice extract and other ingredients, which give it antioxidant benefits — a nice bonus beyond hydration. I’ve never experienced irritation or breakouts, and I think it would suit even sensitive skin types well.If you're doing multi-layer hydration or just want a solid, fast-absorbing toner that adds a visible glow, this one is absolutely worth trying.

The cushion I feel, when I apply this to my skin, is Amazing!! It has a thick enough consistency, where it coats the skin without smothering the pores. It's thick enough for a good even application but thin enough to allow the skin to still breathe. No breakouts, here!! My skin loves this stuff!! It is now, a welcomed component to my skincare routine. Will be ordering more. Also, the black rice milky toner within this line, is also another staple within my routine!! Worth the buy, in every aspect!! Additionally, It's fragrance free, which is how I like my skincare. Totally worth your money!!

It’s my sixth time buying this toner because it is literally a godsend. I love haruharu and this toner is absolutely perfect for my skin and makes me feel so confident. My skin absorbs all of the moisture from it and it is perfect for layering to get a more glowy look. It doesn’t feel sticky—albeit, maybe for the first few minutes before it dries. After it dries, it feels sooo perfect. I’ve even gone days without moisturizing (waiting for product) because it is just THAT good. I highly recommend also purchasing the black rice moisture 5.5 soft cleansing gel from haruharu as well!

I am so in love with this toner that I bought 4 10 ounce bottles so that I’ll never run out. This toner is very hydrating and the hyaluronic acid in it gives you an instant burst of moisture. I love the lavender scent. It does not linger but it gives you a calming feeling. I’ve made this toner a permanent part of my skincare routine.

Had this about a month. Used it a several times. I need more time to decide but so far its nice. Not drying and feels nice. I would say in short time it has calmed my skin a smidge...but its no quick turn miracle worker if that is what you are looking for.

This is so moisturizing and the scent makes me happy every time I use it! Great product in skin flooding.
