I got this for my Mom and she is very hard to shop for. She's 72, very active and she totally loved this pendant. I always have a hard time finding gifts for her but when she opened this I coulld tell she was totally pleased. It is a beautiful Angel and is well crafted and the chain goes really well with the Angel. All of my sisters also loved this pendant with the simple but modern design.

I'm not really knowledgeable about jewelry, but I do take a chance from time to time and buy my wife a piece of jewelry just because I think it's unique and pretty. That's exactly my assessment of this pendant-necklace -- unique and pretty. It remains to be seen whether she agrees, but I feel confident that she'll like it. There's something about the delicate curves that go into making the pendant angel that is very attractive, and the diamonds provide wonderful highlights. Overall, it looks great to me and I'm fairly confident that will be my wife's verdict when she opens it.

I bought it as a gift for my sister, and I do this she is really going to like it as it is quite pretty. However, I read other reviews prior to purchasing this necklace, and one reviewer said that the necklace is much prettier in person. This gave me the expectation that the diamonds would be really sparkly or something, but they are actually kind of dull, in my opinion. Also, the angel's figure is more narrow than I expected, which makes sense considering there are wings that make the whole thing even wider. But I own an Open Heart necklace, so I guess I just expected the body of the angel to be the same size as the necklace that I have, but it's not. It's not a problem, really. The angel is the right size for a necklace. It was just different than I expected, which is my own fault, I suppose. It's still a beautiful necklace and at such a great discount. I would still recommend it to others. :)

**Tentative review** I haven't seen the necklace firsthand, but it arrived on time and Mom said she loved it. It was the nicest angel design I saw in that price range and it shipped promptly. Everything I needed it to be. I'm eager to see it when I go home next month to visit my parents.

Bought this necklace for my mother as a birthday present and she loved it! Very nice quality and looks amazing. If you are thinking about this I highly recommend it. I spent hours and hours looking for a necklace and I'm glad I went with this one. Who ever you are giving this to will love it.

I ordered this item as a Christmas gift for my mother. She loves jewelry and anything with angels. I thought this would be perfect based on the images shown, and was very excited to give it to her. I received the necklace today, and right away I knew I would return it. The "diamonds" are discolored, there are a few gray, some kind of milky almost dirty off white. They aren't even all the same weird off tone, they are mismatched looking. The settings for the diamonds are also not as pictures, the actual settings are a thick uneven circle of silver that covers the entire edge of the diamonds. It looks VERY messy and cheap. I am very disappointed. The actual shape of the angel is nice, but the diamonds ruin the entire necklace. I'm going to a local jeweler to buy something else for my mother and had my return processed today. I would not recommend this item to anyone, it looks like it is worth maybe $15... Not $50. Do not expect to get what is pictured here on Amazon, because you will be let down when you see the product in person.

I have to say, I was pretty disappointed when I opened the package and looked at this the first time. Not that I was expecting the diamonds to be amazing quality or anything, but they were way worse than even my low expectations. To be perfectly honest, they looked like dirty bits of gravel. There was no sparkle or cut to them to give any indication that they were actually diamonds. If the description hadn't said they were diamonds, I never would have guessed they were. I know that I should have expected as much for the price, so maybe it's my fault. But still, don't believe the pictures; these may technically be diamonds but there is nothing diamond-like about their appearance. I bought this is a gift for my girlfriend and was a little ashamed to give it to her.

This is a very nice pendant but not what I expected. I thought it would be a bit heavier with more depth. Would be great for a teen, but not what I had in mind for myself. Had to send back.
