This is perfect to carry in your purse. They work almost immediately. When I know I will be eating something that might mess up my stomach, I take them at least one hour before.

My favorite feature of these heartburn relief pellets is the portability. The tiny bottles are easy to take on the go, no matter where you're going!The ingredients are all derived basically from plants, trees, and charcoal...so it's completely natural.The pellets are tiny and you take 5 of them at once, letting them dissolve under your tongue. I suspect that they're so small because 5 tiny pellets will dissolve quicker than one larger one. 🤔 They don't leave any nasty taste in your mouth. They just have a subtle sweetness to them and take a couple minutes to dissolve. The container is strategically designed to prevent spillage. It dispenses 1 pellet at a time, with each twist of the top.The first round of 5 didn't eliminate my acid indigestion, so I took another round of 5 pellets, 15 minutes later (per the directions) and that seemed to do the trick. You can take 4 doses of 5 pills, spaced 15 minutes apart (up to 20 pellets in an hour) if additional doses are needed. I suspect that individual circumstances will determine how much is needed to eliminate discomfort.

They are great use daily.

Unfollow the goodness didn’t last. Typically it’s the opposite ( need to give it time) this may work good for a quick relief but not a long term issue.
