In my quest to sleep through the night with as little pain as possible, I've spent a lot of cash on several different cervical support pillows here on Amazon. They were all disappointments until I got this one (the X-Large). The curve with the high edges is perfect for keeping me centered on the pillow as I switch between left side and right side. I breathe better with my head being held sideways while side-sleeping.Love this pillow.

I'd sacrifice virgins for this thing
Saw this recommended by Youtuber Elliott Hulse to support good posture. Pillows are incredibly unsupportive in general, and even if they are supportive, that fades fast. This is a godsend.Its not super soft material, but the shape of it makes it feel very soft and comfortable. I can sleep on my side without cramming my shoulder and creating superfun morning tension in my neck. I've got very broad shoulders. So I opted for the largest size they have which worked out excellently.I've had it a week, they say it takes getting used to, but it slipped seamlessly into my natural sleep habit. I cant wait to feel the difference in my spine as time goes on.

Best pillow I've ever had. In 25 years I've gone through 3 of these...great neck support when sleeping on my back or side.

Neck saver
This pillow has saved my neck! I used to wake up all the time with a stiff neck, unable to turn my head. This pillow has helped tremendously!! I rarely wake with a stiff neck anymore and it's perfect for side sleeping.

Boyfriend loves it, can’t wait to have my own
This pillow has been life changing for my boyfriend. I got it for him for Valentine’s Day as he has severe neck pain after sleeping. After sleeping on it just a few nights his neck pain has improved so drastically. He’s in love with it. As an avid gamer/reader/student I could see myself benefitting from its design, too. I’m saving up for one for myself!

Not for everybody
If you have cervical spine issues, this may not work for you. It made my neck hurt worse. It didn't fully support my neck. The neck part smushes and doesn't hold its shape.

Used them for years
I personally like these pillows. I’m on my 5th one (using for decade) The negative is they are too stiff and hurt your neck when new (they need a break in period) after a couple years they are too soft and need replacement. Worth the money IMO
