Solid choice for annual cleaning of a custom loop
I bought this kit because the 99% of my loop is EK. It worked flawlessly. I followed the instructions and ran the Loop Cleaner for 12 hours, and then ran the Superflush for 24 hours. I then drained the entire loop and filled it with HydroX XL8 Clear fluid. Very happy with the results.

Easy-to-use
Great product, let's me know my loop is cleaned and ready after a year of use.Recommend saving larger bottles of your previous loop liquid in order to easily mix these up.

Worked well.
I mixed it just like the directions called for. Both chemicals cleared up my system and got rid of the worst of the residue that was left behind by my old coolant. Some visible residue was left over, but I expected as much.

Good cleaner, poor disposal instructions.
EKWB in recent years has placed a ton of "Don't use Mayhems Blitz on our products" disclaimers on their new waterblocks, and other components which of course happened after they came out with their own product for cleaning systems. They now suggest using their product to clean your loops and while their system is for the most part easier to use and easier to access the disposal instructions are not really clear. "Dispose of product in accordance with local laws" isn't exactly the easiest thing to follow when they don't list out the ingredients. Mayhems product says to simply dilute and toss down a gray water drain....Simple to the point and understandable. The EKWB instructions for disposal go from "Do what your local laws say" all the way up to suggestions about the amount of environmental damage it could do if the product was disposed of incorrectly...So I deducted a star for the lack of correct information about disposal, in addition to the fact that it couldn't get rid of stains left by a previous EKWB coolant I was using. I'd have to do some PH testing and some very fine mesh strainers to see if the product does anything more than a repeated flush with distilled water.

It works and my loop is clean
This was a first time build with hard tubing.Use the loop cleaner then the super flush, the 3rd round of super flush on a brand new loop came out crystal clear. It originally was blue as expected, it can be green, but it all varies on residue and quality of parts. The EKWB flush concentrates are honestly the best out there. I suggest getting some barbed fittings and soft tubing to flush your radiators with distilled water and a 1500 lph pump in a bucket with a fine mesh net to collect any debris or left over pieces of solder or any other material inside the radiator for 12-24 hours

Does a Good Job!
I recently used this kit on two different builds, one that was 6 years old and a new one. It did a great job.Old Build:The cleaner turned a dark blue/green color and was non-transparent after the 8 hours it ran through the loop. Once it was rinsed and the Superflush run through for 24 hours, the PETG tubing and acrylic reservoir shined like new. Both had become a little cloudy over the years but now they're clear.New Build:Following the same process produced the same results. The cleaner again, turned blue/green but this time was still transparent. Looking through the acrylic GPU water-block I can see that the nickel channels are noticeably brighter than they were as new. All of the acrylic tubing and nickel parts gleam now.The instructions aren't on the bottles, so you'll want to download the manuals from EK. In them it calls for a 15-minute rinse of the cleaner using the Superflush but to continue rinsing until all of the foam is gone then refill with Superflush and run for 24 hours. That said, the cleaner foams a lot once you start flushing, so in my case it took several refill/rinse cycles and there wasn't enough Superflush mixture to use it for all of the rinse cycles. So, I rinsed each loop for 15 minutes x2 with Superflush and for the remainder of the rinse cycles I used distilled water. Once the foam was completely gone, I refilled with Superflush and let them run for 24 hours. One thing that happed in the new loop that didn't with the old one, flux washed out of one of the radiators and the sticky residue collected in the GPU water-block. OCD got the best of me, and I didn't trust that the Superflush would remove it, so once the rinse cycles were complete, I opened the GPU block and cleaned off the flux, but now I think the Superflush would have removed it. The instructions state you might manually flush new radiators with the cleaner before they're installed but mine were already installed so it wasn't an option. After the cleaning, I refilled both loops with Cryofuel Clear and am very happy with the results. Hope this helps!

BEWARE- highly corrosive. Use **ONLY** with EWKB equipment. Do not use for any other components!!
This loop leaner took the anodized finish off the inside of my reservoir. After following the manufacturer's recommendations for dilution and cleaning time, the inside the black finish on the aluminum reservoir came off in flakes. See the photo, it used to be completely black. The flakes circulated through the system requiring a complete breakdown of the CPU and GPU blocks to clean. Contacted EKWB who responded "Please know that the cleaner was tested with our products and is recommended to use with our products only. Unfortunately, we can not help you in your case."So take their word- DO NOT USE WITH ANY OTHER COMPONENTS BESIDES EKWB or risk severe damage!
