Smart Flip Cover For MobiWire Tala

After splashing out on the phone it makes sense to protect it with a case. I did look at various universal cases but decided to go for the Mobiwire branded version that is specific to the Tala phone.It is a flip style case, opening like a book, with a moulded back to hold the phone. The phone clips in easily but is held very securely, with a cutout on the back for the camera, and easy access to the power button and the charging and headphone sockets. The volume buttons are covered by the “spine” of the case, but there are buttons built in to the case that sit over the top of these and which work very well. There is a window in the front of the case to view any incoming calls/notifications, and best of all it is a smart case with autolock, which can be personalised via the phone settings menus.The case is quite minimalist, and the phone is still only about 10mm thick with it fitted. It has a nice slightly textured finish which looks good, and makes the phone easier and safer to hold.

I love the phone and at first this case worked well, but as others have mentioned, the use of a cheap brittle plastic material, used for the snap in corners, cracks and break off after a while. I have managed to carry on using the case by using double sided tape on the phone, and attached it to the case that way, you do lose the ability to remove the phone easily, but at least the case is usable and holds the phone in place. This product is of poor quality, I have had it less than 2 weeks and already part of the plastic which holds the phone is broke and small splits in other areas...most dissatisfied considering how much it cost.I have not dropped it all either..

Love the phone, this cover a little flimsy. Smap in corners tend to break. No other alternative.
