Works very well y
I've used this brand of Psyllium Husks for several years, and they have always worked very well and gently. I stupidly tried another brand which just upset my stomach, so I've gone back to this brand. I won't be changing again!

Excellent remedy for erratic bowel movements.
A natural, effective, solution for people with bowel movement problems whether they be too loose or constipation. I've been using them for years and have recommended friends who have also been very pleased.

Excellent and easy to use
I really like these capsules. I have had the loose fibre but it's to faffy and these fill the bill perfectly. Remember to drink plenty of fluid.
