It's fine wire wool. A little bit matted as it's rolled into a spiral so not exactly sure how long it is. I bought it to rub down some waxed units and it did the job I asked of it.

Not quite 0000 - little too coarse to be. Will be good for preparation work but not for polishing unless you are light handed.Having contacted the company, I can assure that the customer service is top notch and service is good. Quick delivery.
