This has proven to be a useful tool as long as boundaries are set. I took over a C.Store as a Store Manager a little over one year ago. My team members and management crew were constantly barging into the office. This handy little tool isn’t going to work unless you set your expectations with everyone. The adhesive has held up so far I’m just not sure if it’s going to tear off the finish on the door. The dial is the perfect size to be noticeable yet not gaudy. I highly recommend. Unless you prefer getting nothing done.

Really like this office sign! The only addition I would make to the disc is a space for ‘lunch’. It I’d very easy to install and many of my coworkers have purchased the same office sign for their offices.
