Great price, worked for 1.5 year, but it’s supposed to work longer…

I was looking for a lamp bright enough to work on nails, but all the lamps with ‘nail’ in the name at this price point are too dim to really be useful. This light is bright, illuminates my whole desk, and its much gentler on my eyes than my last lamp. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a bright lamp for intricate work without the high price tag.

TL;DR Great lamp for the price, the features you need and none that you don't, wish it was a bit brighter.Amazingly featured lamp for the price. I selected this architect style lamp after looking at the near endless other options on this and other sites. I needed something mainly for reading and studying, with the occasional floodlight effect as I worked on electronics or other intricate crafts. For the money this lamp can't be beat; I'm still adjusting to a new workspace and was working off only a single ceiling light fixture and the shadows were killing my eyes.PROS: I like that the controls are on a small pendant on the cord and not the lamp itself. Not having to touch the lamp keeps it from losing its placement and possibly weakening the joints as often happens on inexpensive lamps of this style. Long, bar style light beam helps this lamp reach damn near half way across my new, large (72" for reference) desk. The lamp is also tall enough to articulate over my 24" monitors; it can also comfortably adjust down to very close to any workpiece, effectively concentrating the light intensity. Although a tad bit finicky, the color temperature and brightness adjustability is pretty nice. I thought color temp adjustment was gimmicky at first until I found myself working/surfing late at night. I change the color temp to match the much warmer LED bulbs in my newly installed light fixture and noticed a much calmer effect on my eyes.CONS: The lamp feels a bit chintzy, but is expected at this price. I was really expecting (hoping?) this lamp to be much brighter than it is. While it is a huge help on my desk, the sharp floods of light in the listing pics are a tad, lets say, embellished. It appears to have two rows of LEDs, one producing the highest color temp and the other producing the lowest temp. The lamp creates the intermediate color temp by activating both LED strips and blending the light. Consequently, the lamp is putting out its maximum amount of lumens in the middle color temp setting. This isn't a deal breaker, was just expecting a bit more light output. Comparatively, I have a wand style, USB rechargeable LED flashlight from a major nationwide discount tool retailer. This flashlight puts out over twice the amount of light and is almost half the length of this desk lamp. The flashlight cannot be looked at directly, lest you want a headache from the blinding light; the desk lamp on the other hand can be stared at with no ill effect. In one of the pics I use the flashlight's magnetic base to mount it to the desk lamp as a comparison. In defense of the desk lamp, it has a diffuser lens on it and spreads the light over a larger area. Lastly, the clamp mount was a bit cheesy and didn't have the throat capacity to securely grip my desk. This was exacerbated by the fancy-ish moulding around the edge of the desk. I solved the problem with this awesome base right here  Phive 7.8" Round Heavy Desk Lamp Base . Give it a try, it's a great value, I might buy a second one for the other side of my desk!

Works great and just what I was looking for to use with my sewing machine. It allows me to move the light exactly where I need it.

I purchased this item August 2019 and had flawless usage until recently. I have a flashing power light and the light will not power on. I contacted the seller BZBRLZ via Amazon, as the item is supposed to have a two year warranty, but have not received a response. It has been at least one month since I attempted to reach out to them. At this point I'm going to chalk it up as a loss and order a different lamp.UPDATE: BZBRLZ reached out to me and I had a new lamp within a day or so of providing the shipping address. Excellent customer service once my issue was brought to their attention. They said they were not aware of the issue previously. The clamp on the new lamp did not tighten correctly, but I was able to swap it out with the clamp from the old lamp. I'm once again a satisfied customer.Update March 2022: The replacement I was sent in April 2021 just died also. The power light isn't flashing this time, it just won't turn on. I'm satisfied with the service I received, technically I got the 2 years+ that I paid for, so I'm just going to purchase another one. I haven't decided if it will be the same brand or not.Last update March 18,2022. I ended up ordering a second light from the same company since they honored their word regarding the warranty the first time, just a different model. The original light I ordered was listed as Black/QR 02 The second light I ordered was listed as Black-2/QR-04. I figured it it is an improved design, so why not go for it. The light works fine and is brighter than the original, even though the length of the light area is shorter, 13 inches vs 16 inches on the original model.Be advised however, the cord is shorter, about 3f vs 5.5-6 ft on the original. I started to return it due to the shorter cord, but I really needed the office lamp and it really is much nicer in regard to brightness. I may have received one that was not designed correctly, as the description states 78.7 inch USB cable, and this is not the case. I already had a USB extender cable, so it was not a major issue to keep it in the same place and connect it to the power. Also the control is 4 inches from the lamp vs 7.5 so it is slightly more difficult to get to than the original model.All in all, I still recommend the product.

The light works perfect, but I thought it would last a little longer than 4 months. Around 3ish months it started to make a high pitched buzzing noise if turned up to a higher brightness, then a couple days ago the USB cord melted and burnt out. I'm buying another one now

I use my light to do my nails, and it's great. Very bright, but it doesn't hurt my eyes. I also use it when I sew sometimes. My only complaint is the length of the cord. It's really short, about 43 inches. I have to use an extension cord/ power strip. Otherwise, great light!

Die Lampe tut das was sie soll: in drei Arten den Raum beleuchten und die Intensität kann verändert werden. Großartig um beispielsweise auch Abends zu zeichnen / malen, denn normales Licht hat oft zu sehr Gelbstich.Allerdings rate ich dringend dazu, den mitgelieferten Adapter für das Stromnetz auszutauschen. Der Stecker erhitzt sich sehr stark (was bei Plastik absolut unerwünscht ist). Mit neuem Stecker gab es keine Probleme / Erhitzung.Bitte unbedingt beachten.

Ich finde es toll, dass man ganz einfach mehrere verschiedene Töne einstellen kann: also entweder sehr helles, klares, kaltes Licht oder wärmere Töne. Ferner kann man bedarfsgerecht verschiedene Helligkeitsstufen auswählen.Die Lampe ist werkzeuglos an der Schreibtischplatte zuverlässig und sicher anschraubbar. Ich empfehle die Lampe!

Sehr flexibel, Helligkeit gut einstellbar, absolut zufrieden

Ich benutze die Lampen um meine Miniaturen zu bemalen. Man kann die Lampe für bewegen und ausrichten, so wie man es braucht. Ich finde nur, dass sie ein bisschen heller hätte sein können. Ansonsten eine Deutliche Kaufempfehlung

Half the buttons don’t work at all. It turns on and changes the color from white to yellow. Since it’s all I need, I don’t mind, but for other people, this would be very frustrating
