Just ordering my second box. Have reduced my horrid and without warning daytime hot flashes. I hardly use my hand held fan out and about now and I can wear long sheaves again! It’s taken a month but I’m sticking with these…

My hot flushes came on very suddenly. For 2 weeks I barely slept. The hot flushes would wake me up. So hot and bothered, open the window, freezing cold, close the window, hot again...and on and on that went all night. The daytime flushes were intense but didn’t bother me as quite as much as at night.It’s not just the hot flush it’s the nausea I was feeling at being literally at boiling point. I couldn’t go on.I’m always a little sceptical buying something I haven’t tried before on Amazon because of fake reviews, but I have to say they’re a miracle cure (for me) after taking them for only six days. I will have maybe one or two daytime flushes (if that) and the night time ones have all but disappeared. I will buy more of these and hopefully over time the hot flushes will go all together. The sooner the better.Film coated tablets, very easy to swallow but they taste terrible. Don’t let them sit on you tongue too long.UPDATE LADIES.I’ve now been using them for almost a year. No hot flushes, no mood swings, bloating or hair loss. My energy levels are good and I put it down to these little pills. I subscribed to a regular monthly subscription. I have got flushes alday and night, unfortunately these didn't help me, but may work for someone else.

I don’t usually post reviews but this supplement has, without exaggeration, changed my life so I thought it worthy of a positive review. I was really really struggling with the most horrendous anxiety, low mood, low energy, brain fog, terribly painful periods (I will post a further review on that later!). I can honestly say that within 48 hours I felt virtually normal again. Even my close colleagues at work commented that my energy levels were up and my mood was better. My anxiety has virtually gone. Less snappy, less irritable. More focused, more positive. The lot. I have always been a bit sceptical when it comes to natural remedies but if you’re looking for an alternative to prescription meds, give this a try. It has definitely worked for me. One very very minor negative is that it does give you a bit of an upset tummy depending on when you take it, I take it in the evenings and I seem to wake up with stomach pains now and then but the benefits far outweigh the minor discomfort of an upset tummy.

I am an extremely sensitive person and very much aware and in tune with my body. When I ingest something I notice right away how things do affect me. 1.) first few minutes of just having taken 1 pill I noticed a very mild sharp pain in my ovaries. Shortly after I had spotting. 2.) shortly after that I experienced the worst bloating in my whole life! It very much scared me! I felt like I was blowing up literally like a balloon! It was extremely uncomfortable. It was rumbling and tumbling! I was scared I was filling up with blood or something!? But thank god that wasn’t the case! I passed a bit of uncomfortable wind that I had to literally force out! Having wind is very unlikely for me as I don’t have wind very often and if very very rarely and little. I’m rather a burpy person. I read reviews and of course had done the research and I know that everyone is different and I’m very pleased that It might help some women. But what I also noticed right away I ate twice that day immediately after taking it and then later again a bit, but still not very much too be bloated like this! I felt literally AWFULLY FAT!!!’ ... and I’m not a big person. So all in all a terribly uncomfortable and unfortunate experience and I defo won’t be taking or buying any more. I have other things lined up which I’m very much excited about to try. Definitely NOT for Me!!! I do not want to actually give it any stars considering my experience but to leave this review I assume I have to give it 1/2 ⭐️. Said all that AGAIN I’m very pleased for all the Ladies that it helps and do not want to slag of the company who made it. I have tried everything for hot flashes, and this is the only thing that works with no side effects.

I was advised by my GYN doc to try this product for symptoms of menopause. Night sweats, hot flashes 🥵. You get 30 in a pack, but the package says may take 6-8 weeks to see results. That means 1 -2 months of use to see if this will work. I’ve been taking these every night for 3 weeks, nothing yet. I don’t want to say it doesn’t work until I’ve given this the full 2 month try, which means, I’ll need another order. So, as I said before, I’m undecided 🤷🏽‍♀️ I will update after 2 months of use.
