Polycell Crack-Free Ceilings Smooth Matt, White, 2.5L

Polycell crack free white paint. Totally brilliant. I had some cracks in the ceiling of the extension. All gone. This paint is easy to work with. Covers well. Super smooth.

I've just used this for my living room ceiling.The can arrived on time and in perfect condition.The paint itself is thicker than normal emulsion, i was concerned at first that it would be difficult to apply, but I needn't have worried.It rolled on beautifully and covered small cracks and imperfections very well.Don't expect miracles though!It was difficult to see where I had painted, not unique to this paint, so i used a headtorch to hightlight the areas covered.The colour and finish matched the previous white ceiling paint I had used.So overall I was very pleased.The big question is would I buy it again?While it did cover up what I'd hoped it would I'm not sure I would be happy paying such a high price again, double the cost of my usual brand of ceiling paint.But the cost is the only downside.I hope you find my review helpful.

Quality product does fantastic job excellent price

I live in a 90 year old house so obviously the ceilings aren't in the best condition. However this paint works a treat. It's easy to apply and covers all minor cracks . It's a thick paint and doesn't really splash and seems dry to the touch in a couple of hours

As usual, it's difficult to review these kind of products over a short timeframe. I believe that you need to have used this through all seasons to see how well it stands up in colder, damper weather or very hot weather to see if it expands and contracts enough to stop cracks.I can say that after 6 months though, it is holding up well. The matt white finish is good and doesn't require another coat of paint.

this is a thinker paint that really fixes small cracks, we were very pleased with the result

Paint was okay for bedroom ceiling but had to go over it 2/3 times especially the deeper cracks. It did the job and the ceiling looks okay.
