Good value
Not used these yet but bought them as lightweight and looked good value.Rather disappointed with delivery. Took 3 attempts apparently to deliver them to me but I was in all day every day and no one knocked on the door or rang the bell or phoned me. I was only aware of the 'failed attempts to deliver' because that's what it said on my Amazon account. When delivery DID take place the delivery person was wearing a ball cap and kept his head right down. He did hand over the package carefully.PackagingThe black plastic bag the shears were in had worn though at the top of the handles, and was open/slit/split at the side partway down, so wasn't great.Looking forward to a dry day when I can try them out.

Keep the grass in its place
Easy to use and help reduce the jungle of a lawn. Also easy to remove the cut grass.

The best 👌
I always use Spear & Jackson when I can afford it. Bit highly priced but if looked after, they will last forever x

Handles somewhat short
The blades are very sharp and cut cleanly. The only problem to me is the length of the handles. I am average height for a bloke, but to cut the grass edges, I had to lean forward slightly. It was not long before my lower back started to become uncomfortable. Hopefully, I will only need to use them for a short period each time as my back is taking a time to recover.

Cut well, awkward angle
I don’t know what height person these are intended for, but I (5”8”) find them tiring to use for more than a few minutes because I have to bend down or hold them out in front of me to get them at the right angle.

Crass cutting
Great length for those with back problems for cutting edges of lawns.
