I absolutely adore sushi and wanted to have a go myself. This kit is great!! The photo is my second try and omg it’s like eating heaven. Good quality tools in the box, haven’t tried the online resources to help with knowing what to do but will at some point!The knife is sharp be careful

Every tool in the set is genuinely useful, and the knife included is impressively sharp and high quality.It would also make a fantastic gift for anyone who enjoys cooking or wants to try making sushi at home. It's fun, practical, and comes with everything you need to get started.The only small downside is with the two base components. While they are technically dishwasher-safe, water tends to get trapped inside. I ended up drilling a small hole in them to let the water drain properly. It's a minor issue, but something to be aware of.Overall, this kit has been a great addition to my kitchen and has made sushi-making fun, quick, and accessible.

Sushi isn't easy to make and the kit doesn't really help. I found using the bamboo mat supplied much easier to roll.
