This stuff is the most amazing simple thing ever! I have moderate nasal allergies and I use it twice a day. It cleans them out and I can breathe! Better than any prescription medication. All it is is salt and water. The only downfall is it can dry out your nostrils. I use the less strong stuff when my nostrils are dry and my sinuses aren't so bad. I'd recommend this to anyone with allergies.

I love the very long nozzle on this brand. It really reaches up between the eyes where my nasal passages like to swell shut. The extra strong saline really works about as well as very strong chemical nose sprays and has none of the side effects.

This is my go to for any time we start to feel sick. 2 Sprays each nostril 3-4 times a day and sickness didn't last more than a couple days

I've been using this to help with seasonal allergies which often result in sinus infections and this stuff works great to clean my sinuses. I can't say that the sole reason for me not having a sinus infection in the past 2 years is related to using this product. However, prior to using this I had at least 2 sinus infections per year over the past 10 years. This was recommended by my Ear, Nose & Throat MD.

I highly recommend this product! I have used it for several years now and it definitely has helped me avoid colds, the flu, and other illnesses. It has also helped with seasonal allergies. Make sure to get the "extra strength" of this product.

Why have I been using that regular old saline spray when I could have had the good stuff? This works so much better!

I use this nasal spray everyday as I have bad allergies. I like the fact that it only has saline and can be used daily. It works for me to clear my sinuses without harmful effects. Great product!
