Fabulous Product!
This is a superior product that really does help dry eyes. Courtesy of LASIC years ago, I have dry eyes. They get much worse at night and in the morning when I awaken. I use an eyelid scrub, rinse my eyes, spray on this spray and pat my eyes. They are totally refreshed and good as new. At night I spritz on just a bit and my eyes stay hydrated much better (in conjunction with BionTears), than with the BionTears alone. So glad I found this product! On an aside - I also have trouble finding many products (such as this) at my local supermarket, but I almost always find what I want on Amazon. Amazon has really become my supplemental supermarket.

It helps
Good stuff. I was given a sample by my opthtamologist, so I knew it works. Nice moisturizing for the itch of allergy eyes. That's my main use. The spray wastes a lot of it. You can moisturizer your whole face with one spray. You can't really spray one finger. Your whole hand is wet. That's a problem. A less generous spray could save a lot.

Save your $$
These stink. Total waste of money. They didn't lubrciate my dry, crusted eyes at all :(. I got zero relief. I am currently drinking about 12 glasses of water a day, eating Salmon and taking Theratear Omega vitamins along with the drops from Therateats, as my eyes are sealed when I wake up thanks to Accutane 6 years ago. Never had dry eye before then, now they are beyond bad. I was hoping these would help, but nada. Might as well be tap water.

Came almost by return mail the service was so good. I looked everywhere locally and could not find this product though my eye doctor highly recommended it! It IS a really good product and has already helped my eyes a LOT! It works better than anything else I had tried.Spray the eyes with lids shut, then work into eyelids while eyes are closed. Somehow it soaks in.At first might sting a little but after a few applications eyes get used to it and it HELPS a LOT! TRY IT!

Not enough relief for drivers and coders
So I have a longer commute than some folks (about an hour) and I code for a living. From time to time, even with good hydration and all, I end up getting dry eyes either while I drive or work, and was hoping to find a more convenient alternative to eye drops. My expectation was that this product would do as good as eye drops. I wasn't even asking the product to do better (even though it costs more). After using the product for a week and a half, I was rather disappointed. The spray gave me some relief, but not as much or as long as most eye drops. Compared to systane, the spray only lasts about 15 minutes before I'm back to having dry eyes... I even tried turning off the AC in my car to see if I could get a bit more time, and that didn't help.I tried the product both before sleeping and after waking. I also used it before the drive to work and home. Also tried it after and before coding. In general, I just went back to using systane. I couldn't recommend this product to anyone who wanted something as good as eyedrops, hands down. All this said, you should always start with good hydration (water is kinda the first step in keeping your eyes moist). For me, the weather and other factors ultimately force me to use eye drops. I think when my eyes aren't so dry, it might have done the trick for my commute. But working hours would definitely never handle it, and during the winter and summer "Tears Again" just won't cut it. I'm not even sure how it must moisten the eyes. It's a bit like watered down rubbing alcohol, and I think the best hydration was when I opened my eyes too early and the stinging from the alcohol must have put my tear ducts into overdrive.Okay, so why did I give it two stars instead of one? I don't think you should dismiss this if you think you just need something simple and quick, and you're not really using your eyes heavily. When dryness isn't that extreme, I bet you won't really notice the lack of relief. Also, my eyes weren't dry at night after using it... So I think if you keep your eyes closed it seems to last longer. For my purposes, this wasn't enough.

flaky eyes
This helps with my itchy, flaky eyelids and keeps my eyelashes from falling out in clumps. It's a medical thing, I don't remember what the optometrist called it, but she said to use this, and it works well. It doesn't burn or anything. But it's a tiny little bottle that lasts like a month and costs a lot. And the end of the spray nozzle doesn't go all the way to the bottom, so there is always some left when it stops spraying. I end up using my finger to apply it.

I HAVE TEARS AGAIN
I was experiencing dry eyes and was diagnosed as not producing enough tears. Since I have used this product, my eye checkup has improved. My eye doctor was very impressed with the improvement. I believe this product has attributed somewhat to that improvement. Nice compact bottle that fits in my pocket or purse. Not messy. Just spray and it drys in a few seconds. If you don't allow enough time for it to dry, it will sting your eyes a little. Like using this product versus eye drops. Quick and easy.

Using this nightly helps to keep my Blepharitis eye issues under better control. It's a little hard to spray on my eye lids without it going everywhere so I usually spray on my finger tip and rub on my eye lid and leave it on overnight. The product itself works very well but I will purchase the premoistened wipes or foam type product next time.
