They are mounted 12 feet above ground level and throw an amazing amount of light
I purchased the solar powered street lights to light up our outdoor horse riding arena. It is 100 feet by 200 feet, and I am able to provide surprisingly bright light with just 6 of the street lights. They are mounted 12 feet above ground level and throw an amazing amount of light. We particularly like that they are remote control powered. When the riders wish to use the arena after dark they set the lights to come on at 100% for 2 hours. After 2 hours they all go out automatically. Terrific product.

Don't lose your remote
Purchased five of these lights and lost the remote for one. This light is now completely useless as the remote is programmed for its specific light and cannot operate another. The supplier does not sell the remote separately so you figure out the rest. Would not recommend
