Very Effective in insomnia
Very Effective in insomnia, I work from home and I usually work till 10:30 or 11:00 PM and then go to bed, going directly from screen to bed was the main cause of insomnia, I started taking these tablets at around 9:30 PM and now when I go to bed at 10:30 I sleep quicker than earlier and don't have much problem sleeping anymore
