I have been using this red light therapy belt to help with my upper back pain, and it works well. The belt is comfortable and easy to wear. The heat feels soothing and helps relax my muscles. Have only used this a couple of times, so can't give a very thorough review. The large size is very good at covering a large portion of the affected area. Very lightweight and soft. Easy and seems very durable when putting back in the box. Tingling feeling after having on leg for 20 minutes, so you know something is happening. Has to be effective, at least it doesn't give any surprises in the lasting effects.

I love this belt, I had tried a more expensive belt but it was SO small, they sent an extension strip so people over a Size 0 could TRY to use it.This one is nice and wide, the red light array is really long and wide, I can wear it and it covers my back hip bone to hip bone.The power connection area is a decent distance from the red lights, meaning you will not have the power connection or a power pack [Not included with my model, but I am FINE with that and had one for this piece anyway] digging into your back when you try to sit wearing it.It has plenty of settings, simple but also easily customizable for your needs and likes.I would have preferred a wireless controller, but this is fine, the controller has cords of a perfect length so it's not in your way, can be reached to adjust or restart easily, and is short enough to not be a bother if you're a woman who has to use the restroom. The cords should not be in the way or fall into the commode, in other words.I do have a mild concern about the USB plug that is used to get power from a power bank. It gets pretty hot, to be honest. Electronics do not like to be hot, so I might see about getting two extras somehow, just in case that heat kills the USB cord.I am so happy and relieved to have this! It truly has reduced my pain dramatically, which after chronic Pain has been a constant companion since 2003, it's so wonderful that it's luxurious!I've also been using it for my neck, which I broke decades ago and was never treated for. Again, I am so happy that it works so well, I almost cried in relief.I recommend it, especially since it's so helpful while being much less money than other belts that are a literal scam.

Definitely very good. It helps a lot with pain. It relaxes you. It feels very good. You can use it everywhere. I've been using it for a few days now on my back and shoulders, and it works incredibly.

It lasted just over two years before it stopped working. I didn't use it frequently. It worked well when I did use it. It was preferred over other heating pads.

I have heard about the benefits of red light therapy and wanted to try it for myself. I've used this multiple times for back pain, shoulder pain, and even menstrual cramps. It seems to help! I have also tried it for sinus and ear pain but since you're not supposed to look directly at the light and this is a large wide band it's hard to do. I did get light blocking glasses to try next time.The bands is wide and the area with lights is covered in plastic which would make it easy to clean. The outer layer is made of a neoprene material. I love that it has a long hook and loop closure that you can adjust to a number of different positions and around various sizes. Ive used it wrapped around a sore knee too.The reason I took off a star is when I used the enclosed plug adapter that makes it mobile by attaching to a battery pack the adapter plug wires got hot and felt like they were overheating. That scared me and I switched to using only as a wall plug item.I really liked the fact that it had a pocket for a battery pack and an adapter so you could wear it around the house during use but I am very concerned that it will overheat and maybe even cause a fire if I use that adapter again.Overall I like this product and red light therapy seems to be therapeutic- even if it is just the mild heat created by the lights or a placebo effect. It is comforting.
