Possible SCAM!!!
This is not a new device. Two paired devices were already registered to the headphones when I downloaded the app.

Sony XM4 Wireless Noise Cancellation Headphones
Bought these for my 31-year-old son who does nothing but rave about how great they are. He says everyone should review Sony's advertisement and then listen to what others have to say. Then get a pair and see for yourself. If you buy through Amazon, you have 30 days to return them if you're not totally satisfied so you have nothing to lose!

Uncomfortable on the top of my head, white noise, and cords are too short.
The good:I'm not an audiophile or anything, but the sound quality seems to be pretty good. The noise cancelling also does an extremely good job of blocking out most background noise that's fairly consistent like droning fans. The cans are actually pretty comfortable on my ears. The bad:The biggest problem for me (and this may not effect you) is that the band going over the top of my head is too narrow and hurts after wearing for even a couple hours. While the noise cancelling is great for fairly consistent background noise, it doesn't seem to block out most sudden or abrupt noises that only happen occasionally (like the dog suddenly deciding she needs to bark). These are the kinds of noises that really disrupt my flow, and they don't get mitigated much, if any.The cans themselves don't seem to block much if any noise passively, and when the noise cancelling is on there is a kind of constant white noise, and so for times when I just want quiet, they don't really help.Lastly, I found the accessories to be crap. The cord for the audio jack is too short, and it's not coiled. I tend to want to use this at my desktop instead of having the bluetooth on, but the cord is way too short and a slight tug on it can pull it from my audio jack (which is only 1 foot back from my mouse) The coiled cord on my old Sony headphones was much longer and if it got a random tug on it, the springy coil soaked the energy and it never yanked out from my audio jack. The charging cord is also way too short. Once the tabs are inserted you only have 8 inches of length. The instructions emphasize you should use the included cord for charging can be really awkward to do so because of how short it is.Finally the included charger didn't actually charge the headphones. Instructions indicated it might take longer than 3 hours the first couple times you charge it, but I had it charging for over 5 hours and got less than a couple minutes of time on the noise cancelling (and that's without the bluetooth on). I finally decided to use my computer to charge it, which took a long time but worked fine, however the short cord meant I had to unplug other devices from my front panel which was an inconvenience. In summary I think with audio constantly playing the background noise would be mostly inaudible, so depending on the shape of your head, and If you're constantly playing music through them, and you don't use the included cord(s), you may find these headphones to be much better than I have.I think the product itself is fairly good, but not even ballpark what I expected for nearly $300. To my mind they need a wider headband to distribute pressure over a greater area, better passive noise suppression in the cans, and obviously better cords/accessories ( you know, like a charger that actually works* ).*I tried charging my phone with the included charger, and it worked just fine. It just wouldn't actually charge the headphones it came with.
