Q: What is this pole made off

The pole is made of stiff telescopic aluminum tubes with polycarbonate latches.

Q: Where can I purchase a separate window scrub brush and squeegee for this pole? The ones I purchased won't fit.

Pole uses standard threaded end to fit paint rollers and other cleaning brushes etc. I believe the "Ettore 45055 Plastic Pole Adaptor Tip" will allow for use of tapered squeegee or window brush. Window washers need quick release thus the taper. Be sure your accessories will fit the taper style.

Q: when the pole is fully extended, does it bend and how much. How easy is it to use at full extension?

The more extended, the more the flex. When fully extended, the trickier it is to precisely position the tip with whatever tool is attached. This is just a matter of physics and not a failure of the pole. I wouldn't expect anyone to effectively paint with a 24' paintbrush. This is a very good pole.

Q: Anyone use this pole with a pruner saw blade attached, understanding that the tip is not made for it?

I'm thinking of doing the same thing by finding a pruner saw attachment like the Fiskar has. I saw in an image a guy removed the threaded end of this extension pole. You could drill out the rivet that holds the thread adapter on the pole which would then leave the pole bare at the end which may fit into the saw attachments that are not threaded and then put another rivet in to hold it together. It could be an issue if you are trying to change attachments often though. I'm still looking into it but this is assuming the thickness of the pole at the threaded end but without the thread attachment fits into the saw attachment hole. There is an adapter from Kraft Tool (threaded adapter) that could work, just have to confirm the width of the pole threads and the female threads in this adapter.
