I am usually not good with providing product reviews, but when you have an awesome experience with customer service, I couldn't help myself leaving a 5-star review just for the way they handled my concern. I bought this faucet a year ago and was initially pretty happy with my purchase, but soon the touchless sensor stopped working, and not long ago, it also started leaking from somewhere inside. I reached out to customer service about the issue. Mia, from customer service, immediately responded to my email and offered to either send me a new faucet at no cost or refund the money. She was very respectful and completely owned the issue with the faucet, making sure I felt heard and valued. The very next day, I received the refund, and because of my positive experience with Mia, I decided to use that refund to buy the same faucet again. So far, the new faucet is working perfectly! I’m extremely impressed by how quickly they resolved the issue, and the fact that they turned a disappointing situation into a positive experience speaks volumes about their customer service.

We bought this faucet almost a year ago and have loved it! It was such an upgrade and being able to start and stop the water flow without touching it has been a game changer. To the point that we have been laughed at for reflexively trying turn other kitchen faucets on by motion at friends' houses. The installation was very straight forward by following the instruction booklet. It took me just about 10 mins to fully install this new faucet. And the quality of the faucet has been evident with no wear or rusting after 10+ months.The main reason I decided to finally post a review, is because recently we had an issue with the hot water line have a diminished flow. I decided to reach out to the company, hoping it was still within the warranty period. Their CS was excellent and very helpful in getting me the replacement part I needed. We eventually figured out the issue was because our hot water angle valve had disintegrated and the small debris had cause blockage in the hot water line of the faucet. Thankfully because of their replacement we have a working faucet again!

Update: I received a replacement and so far so good I must have just got a lemon before. Everything seems to be working fine. Water pressure seems better than the previous one that I had received. Good customer service. I recommend giving it a buy. Good price point and nice looking. Happy with this new faucet!I am not happy with this faucet DON’T buy it. At first I was impressed with the looks of it and thought how nice and high quality it looked. After not even having it three months the sprayer function has stopped. And I feel like the water pressure quality is low. Do yourself a favor and don’t go cheap like I did. Buy another brand.

It was pretty much what the ad said about it and what I expected. The water lines were marked H/C, and long enough to menuver them where I wanted them.Two things that could have been better 1- they could have added the under sink faucet handle nut which would have made the install easier and 2- the weight instead of 2 screws to hold it together they should have made it with a clip to close it. These are minor items that are my preference for easier install but weren’t necessary to complete the install. Overall it’s a nice faucet that works well!

We love this faucet! We love the way it looks and works. Both arms swing, if you have the one faucet on you can still use the spray faucet part. You don’t have to necessarily turn the main faucet part off bc the non spray faucet part has its own valve to turn on/off. Love the bars also for draping the dish cloth over. Can move either faucet completely out of the way if needed. It comes out into the sink enough that when running it’s not splashing counter tops. I love everything about it. The price was a great price also compared to other very similar ones I’d seen on Amazon. The packaging was done very well also.We’ve had the sensor faucets and the tap faucets and found they’re really just a pain, as cool of an idea as they seemed.

It’s only been about a month but so far I’m loving this faucet! Very easy to maneuver and switch between modes, and great water flow. And it looks great! So far, I’m really glad I didn’t waster money on a higher end faucet that would look and function the same as this one.

My spouse and I just installed it after our old faucet just lost almost all preasure. It was a normal installation process, seems to be working properly but haven't really used it too much just yet to be able to give a verdict. Will see how it goes but for the price and with my first Impressions - good purchase.

This product is exactly what we were looking for. The construction is solid and has held up well since we installed it. We did run into an issue with teh sprayer head developing a leak/drip. Through all my efforts to correct myself, I could not. So I reached out to the support line for assistance and was very happy with that decision. I sent an e-mail to [email protected] and I had a response within less than 8 hours with a few questions to answer, and after a few e-mails, I was getting a replacement part to fix the drip issue sent out direct to me. This was a very quick and easy process and I am very pleased with the customer support I received on this issue. Thank you Mia.
