Summary: Treat like fine porcelain, no metal utensils, medium heat only, Always use non aerosol oil & hand wash and dry to maintain non-stick qualities. these will treat you very well if you baby them ONLY and NEVER once abuse them. one mistake and they will be trash. (leave on hot stove empty, don't oil, place in cold water while hot, use metal utensils or flatware, bang for nurses and they will be ruined.)used 4 of them so far and for this price first impressions are pretty good, Keep them no higher then MEDIUM heat and always use Avocado oil once pan is warm before you add food or fluids, Always hand wash. these are delicate. no forks, no metal. but that is all normal for non-stick pans. the pack up into a tiny foot print and are very lightweight, they al heat incredibly fast as they are thin aluminum with a stone coating. never use metal or forks, these are probably not good on an open flame but maybe over proper hot coals, I have not tried, great travel set or maybe camping. will check back if anything changes on my opinion. The handles are great! you can two hand one pan! and clip your significant others clothing which they will find as much fun as I had clipping them on the back of my ladies sweater and yelling RAT! she didn't like it, but you will. to keep accidental damage from happening i suggest removing metal pan utensil from your kitchen, this kit comes with a set that wont damage your pans.

I bought these pots because I liked the idea of the removable handles. My burners are kind of close together and when I have multiple pots on the stove the handles get in the way. I also needed a more lightweight pot.I read the reviews and some.people said that there were scratches after a week or so. I waited to write this review until after I had used them for a bit. Its been a few weeks and I can say that I really love these pots. The color is beautiful and there are a lot of pots in the set.I'll start with cons......There isnt a lid that fits the largest pans. The should include lids that fit each pot instead of just 3 that only fit about 69% of the pots. That is LITERALLY my only concern.Pros....These are lightweight...but do NOT feel cheap. They dont warp like pots normally would at this price point. I actually replaced my $500 full set of Ninja pots that I loved but we're just too heavy and didn't stack well.The set comes with every size that you will need except a griddle pan.The pans clean really easily. I made a garlic honey pork chop recipe in the largest pan and even the stuck on honey came off without having to scrub.Ive only used silicone utensils on the pots and the pots are still in perfect condition.The handles go on and off easily but are sturdy enough to lift a full pot of pasta to drain it without feeling like the handle will come off.The set stacks together nicely and comes with a protector to go in between all the pots to protect them.All in all I totally recommend these pots. They would make a great gift for someone moving out on their own or a new married couple.
