I absolutely love this filter! It lasts WAY longer than it says, and still tastes delicious. Easy to use and gives crystal clear water for months that taste so pure & yummy! We have a well and our sink water tastes sour (ph is off) and it just tastes dirty/rusty/iron. But this filter gets all of that out and levels the Ph! It’s all we buy now. Been using it for almost 2 years.

The water tasted so fresh and much better after using the blue filter instead of the white filter. Definitely go for the blue one, so worth the extra few bucks.

I have been using these filters for 5 or 6 years now. I love them. I recommend them to everyone. Recently, I went to purchase more as I am running out soon and to my dismay I see that the filters have gone up $30 in price practically overnight. That's a 50% markup. What's going on guys? You know this is ridiculous. I'm not supporting these low tactics so unless the price is dropped I'll be looking for a new company to support.

The original filter that came with my Countertop Unit worked well ... decided to replace it and the replacement worked well for a few weeks then stopped allowing water through... pull out... give it shake .. worked again for another day or two and acting like it's plugged again... So ,... tried another filter ( I had bought the 3-pk ) and it worked great for a couple of DAYS ... not even weeks and notice I have to add water.. go to do it and notice the top still has most of the water from the last fill and it wasn't going through the filter... I don't know what it is because Invigorating Water online Chat isn't responded to (want me to email them) and after sitting on hold using the 1-800 number I'm told they can't take my call.Something is wrong.

Can’t comment on the quality of this product since I ordered it together with a pitcher that arrived broken. When I decided to return all it turns out that pitcher return is free but these water filters have to be returned separately at our cost even though all arrived together in one box.

I have been using these filters for a while now, and I was pleased with them until I bought a water quality sticker and I tested the TDS. I was very disappointed to find out that it is higher (162!) than my tap water (which is at around 155). I tested with both a new filter, and the old one that needed changing, and they were both going over 160. I know that this particular filter also adds minerals but I was buying it mostly for what I thought was good filtering of solids. I will have to switch to something else, but such a bummer to find this out now.

ive bought these before but not from amazon. always loved them. these, make the water taste WORSE. it tastes like im drinking chemicals, i cleaned it, soaked it, did everything i could but nothing worked. huge waste of money
