Quality Brush at a decent price
This Brush appears to be the same brush that Okki Nokki ships with their Record Cleaning Machine and sells elswhere for twice the price. But it is odd on the same website they sell this one too for half the price. I'm sorry but Okki doesn't make the Brush they get it from a third part manufacturer. I'm pretty sure they are the same or very close, anyway I've been very pleased with this Brush from Revolv. I have not had issues with the Hairs falling out. With any natural brush after some use some of the hairs will slip forward in the brush. A tip for avoiding that problem is when you begin to see the tips of hair sticking out from the brush simply trim the off with scissors. I like this brush from Revolv that I'm buying a second one since my Vinyl collection continues to grow and I clean all of them, even the Brand New Albums which is always recommended.I've attached a photo showing the Brush that shipped with my Pro-Ject Record Cleaner (sells for $39.00) and the Revolv. The Revolv is after 100+ cleanings.

Revolv Goat's Hair Record Cleaning Brush Review
This goat's hair brush is semi-stiff and does shed some hair, but not a lot. I use it for "wet cleaning" of my LPs. It works really well and leaves my records clean. It's as good as the $40 alternative at 1/3 the price. I would recommend this goat's hair brush to a friend. The reason why I gave it 4 stars and not 5 stars, is because it does shed some. After a "wet cleaning," i follow-up with a microfiber towel and clean my records up. It does a great job at cleaning records. The package does NOT state where the brush was made.

Good Quality - Long Lasting
I received my first Revolv brush with my Okki Nokki and have cleaned at least 1,000 records with that brush. I ordered another one to replace my original. This brush is built to last. Early on there is a little shedding of loose bristles but this ends after cleaning a few records. Over time three of the hair clusters did fall out, but this happened between 500 and 700 records. I like this brush over others because the bristles on the Revolv are soft yet are stiff enough to put a little pressure to clean. I have used this brush to clean very dirty records and records that are clean but I was looking to improve sound.

Heavy shedding at first. Better after a few uses.
First few runs it shed like crazy and smelled awful to the point I was about to return. The smell transferred to the records. After a few uses and cleaning of the brush the shedding almost completely stopped.I purchased this with the intention of using it as a scrub brush for heavy soiled records. After the shedding stopped it works well for that intent.I could not give it 5 stars because I spent almost an hour cleaning the brush before I could use it properly. If you decide to purchase this brush, I recommend a good cleaning first and wetting it for a few minutes before use with your cleaner. For context, I use a non alcohol based cleaner and a vacuum RCM.I would not use this for "dry" cleaning.I hope this helps with your posable purchase.

Great tool to clean records
To clean records, I first use the brush to apply lukewarm water to the record surface, keeping the brush stationary while spinning the record about 3 times in each direction. Then I spray on a vinyl record cleaning solution and brush the surface again. I let it sit for 2-3 minutes, brush again, then wipe with a clean foam brush and distilled water. I remove the water with a vinyl vacuum. Most surface noise is eliminated and the sound is richer. This method has rescued many albums bought at thrift stores and used record bins. I also use an anti-static brush when the record is dry.

Excellent brush
While the brush does occasionally shed, that has caused no issues while cleaning my records. It does a good job of cleaning deep into the grooves and has really helped remove background noise from records I thought I had already “cleaned.” Obviously, you would be smart to pair this with a brush that can also be used dry. But this is a great addition to your cleaning toolbox.
