Eh, there are better/ easier options
I was so excited about this product, what a fail. Doesn't connect easy, instructions are confusing, after an hour and a half of frustration, searching YouTube and Google I finally got it pair... Only to have it not work at all. Go get a chrome cast, that's what I'm doing. Unfortunately this product does not work as advertised.

Slow to connect and not great resolution
The device defaults to a lower resolution than full HD so cannot produce a good picture quality. There is a setting to change this but it resets default after a power cycle. Bit of a problem if you connect it to the USB port on a TV!It also takes over 30 seconds to connect each time via a Windows device. During this time there is now indication of the device attempting to connect.

It does what it is supposed to.
It works well for me. I am able to travel with it and the hotel TV's work with it so far.

Works with everything I have but iPhone
The product works great for all my laptops, but sadly only plays audio from my iPhone; no video. I’m not sure what the issue is and I have even updated the firmware/software on the device…It’s great for $20 if you plan on using this for a laptop to stream videos, but that’s it.Edit:After a couple months of use, it has basically stopped working. Streaming from the iPhone doesn’t work at all. Streaming from a laptop will lag and show parts of videos every couple of seconds.I’ve tried updating it and resetting it, but it is just useless now. It was good, but now it’s just junk

Hit or miss on Apple Products.
Many TV viewing apps like Hulu or Amazon have it wrote into the app software not to allow screen mirroring. So you will get the sound through the TV but no video. Was thinking this was a work around from using the apple HDMI connector to screen mirror, but no luck. Probably works better on Android.

Horrendous interface and connection instructions
I been in IT for over 20 years and used a lot of screen share devices. This by far is the worst of the worst. You literally need to go through a 5 step process to get this thing connected. It seems to work good once it's connected but who has time to go through all these steps just to share a screen?
