I bought this and another speaker of theirs to pair together in my camper van, as I travel often and sometimes have little hangouts in the van (large 19' Sprinter). These are perfect for a massive, immersive sound inside of a space like that. But really, this sounds very good no matter the environment, particularly when paired with a second speaker, as I use it on the beach, in my home, and elsewhere.I see no reason why anyone would want to spend quadruple the price for essentially the same power, the same clarity, and the same richness of bass; oh, and the super cool lights that correlate to whatever you're listening to.No, it's not a massive box speaker that you can hear from another continent, but it does what they advertise, and that's all I was looking for. Highly recommended.

This speaker will be old enough for a party and certainly fills the room. It feels durable and hefty.

It’s a decent little speaker for a good price on sale. It connects easily, battery life is a bit shorter than I’d like but with an external battery pack it’s ok, performance is fair for the size of the speakers and it’s sounds pretty ok. Use it for around the garden and yard, works fine for that. Probably want something bigger if you’re planning on party or bbq use, where there will be a bunch of background noise and chatter.

We haven't had the speaker for very long, but so far we really like it. The sound is good and all the different settings for the lighting is really cool. It is also very easy to use. It connected quick and easy with the phone. It also worked very well with the MP3 player. We have not had it long enough to know how long the charge holds. So far so good though.

I love the fact that this speaker is smaller so it travels well and it delivers the loudest sound without any disappointment. The wood housing only helps deliver that bass and it is definitely built to last.

Wanted a speaker for instances when I’m not at home basking in my 5.1 Sonos system. For a couple years now, I have been using a JBL Clip 4, which is conveniently portable and the quality of the sound is nice, but the volume is laughable. For the same price I was able to buy this YIER speaker and it is much louder. The important thing is that the bass is loud with a noticeable punch. Like for $60 you can either get a teeny JBL Clip or this YIER speaker. Albeit the JBL Clip is much more portable, I think that is the only upside to a smaller speaker. The YEIR is still fairly light and portable, and it’s a simple rectangle ship so it could easily be brought in a carry-on.My only complaints are:- I wish the adjustment buttons were backlit LED because it’s really hard to read them.- I wish it had come with a carrying pouch or bag. I intend to use this outdoors (beach, pool, etc.) and I’d prefer a way to keep it protected when not in use.
