I needed to replace my office chair. This one was easy to put together, nice price and fit my needs.

I've been real happy with this chair. Especially like that the arms can be raised--very useful when needed. I'm tall and the back is high enough that I can put my head back and comfortably take a power nap at my desk and not get a crick in my neck. Can sit in it for hours and remain comfortable.

I had a wonderful experience with Colamy customer service and I give them top marks for their courtesy and consideration. I purchased 2 chairs of this model 2199-black for my home office and 1.5 years later both broke within a month or two of each other in the same way. I think perhaps i got a defective lot and the chairs were clearly out of warranty, but Colamy did the right thing by sending me two replacement chairs and did not object when I requested alternative models (Model 91311) that were comparably priced! Although I would have preferred that the original chairs were more durable, I am very pleased with the overall outcome and considerations by Colamy given that the replacement chairs are actually better, and I have certainty a more stylish and durable model! Bravo to Colamy for that!

Chair is comfortable and was easy to assemble.The only thing I didn't like was the base with the legs and wheels is plastic.

I buy them for the desks at the motel that I run. They hold up well and are a good price. i have bought at least 8 and am buying them to replace the terrible chairs we had before.

The chair is held together by junky plastic arm pieces that are made to look like cast iron or something with actual bulky strength. I was barely leaning in the chair with the tilt-back function and the entire arm piece snapped in two. The way the arms are designed will instantaneously drop you to the ground when they snap because there is nothing else supporting the back of the chair. This tweaked my shoulder and could have been worse. This chair is hazardous, buyer beware. I have barely used this chair and only bought it 3 months ago. This is unacceptable for this price. Do not be fooled by this chair's look of quality and strength as I was.

Chair is good for the money when you consider a nice one can get more in the 400 dollar range at least. I sit in this chair for hours and hours so it was no surprise that when i paid 160 for this chair, I then needed to spend another 40 for a thick seat cushion. Will all this solve my butt pain problem... who knows? I do know that it kinda sucks to buy a chair that looks this good and sleek and then put a cushion on top of it. Funny that i also had to buy arm and wrist buffers for my new desk cause the edges are too sharp. Am I buying cheap stuff or am I just getting more brittle with old age? lol..I'm not that old. I'm sure this review will help no one, I'm still a bit confused myself. I guess if you want a nice looking desk chair that you will sit in every now and then, this is a great one.
