Really made a world of difference! Helps support kettlebell on wrist when you are cleaning and doing snatches and even presses . Even with good technique I was getting some bruises on friction on my wrist . These has made it go away .

These do the job of protecting my wrists when using my kettlebells. of course Bells of Steel is a great brand. I know alot of hard-core kettlebell users don't use protection like this, but I'm still dialing in my technique, and I bruise easily. The bruises I get are the tough purple ones that scream 'Old Fart' so I like to avoid that Lol. I recommend these!

I was skeptical of these guards at first but they really reduce the impact of the kettlebell on the wrist, If you also have the issue of the kettlebell itself dragging on your skin and causing issues this is perfect for that.

Great for keeping sweat off my palms mid-workout and for brown wiping. The guards are well sized and saved my forearms a ton of pain while I learned heavier kettlebell movements

I'm a large person and these are to small. Curve of plastic insert causes discomfort with bell resting on it. Tried sliding around my wrist in various positions and sadly did not help. Beyond that seems quality made.
