This supplement is good if you're only wanting low dosages of vitamins, biotin, collagen, and coenzyme. Compared to many of the standard daily adult supplements I've tried, the daily percentages in this bottle is lower - and that's fine if that's what you're looking for. If you're looking for that little extra daily boost without being dependent on a pill to sustain you, this could work for you very well.The individual pills are pretty standard and easy to swallow. There's not weird aftertaste or resulting upset stomach. I feel perfectly normal after taking these for 2 weeks and plan on continuing since I want to rely more on a balanced diet for nutrients.

I bought for my mom. It starts working on her. No side effect. I will buy more for her.

I use this product for my skin, hair, and nails. I like the ingredients, but it did not do anything for me, so I don't plan on getting more in the future.

I have been taking these for a few days to enhance my overall health and improve my skin. All of the ingredients are good quality vitamins and supplements but they seem to be at very low doses. For instance, each capsule contains only 200 mg’s of collagen. This seemed to be very low dose so I ordered collagen supplements and they are 1,735 mg per serving, that’s a big difference. These capsules also only contain 15 mcg of biotin and my regular biotin supplement is 5,000 mcg per capsule.I am going to continue to take these because I think they are of value to my overall health but if you are taking them primarily for your skin, you may want to supplement them with additional collagen and biotin.

Add this to the list of needlessly gendered products.The vitamin complex is pretty good, but nothing better than anything else on here.It gets 4 stars for being decent enough to be worth buying, but loses a star for not having anything special and needlessly saying it's for women, when it could be for anyone.

I been using this for a few weeks. I haven’t noticed a huge difference but I do see some differences in my skin. I been taking 2 capsules a day. I’m going to continue this routine to see if my skin continues to improve.
