Really nice looking chair and extremally conformable. You can defiantly tell the quality is there and will last a long time. Well worth the money. The full recline is awesome, I've falling asleep in it. I would highly recommend this chair.

Center cylinder collapsed which resulted in scratching up my hardwood floors, arm rest broke off, 2 legs broke off, leather is peeling and all this after 6 months of use. Product has a 3 year manufacturer warranty but since it was bought from a 3rd party seller (through Amazon) no one will take responsibility and warranty the chair. I thought Amazon was a better company than this!

I had a secret lab chair and this Zen is as good or better in some ways. Very well built and extremely comfortable when gaming

I loved this chair until the base cracked and the piston fell through and scratched my hardwood floors. I have to keep a sock under it to prevent it from scratching more and I only bought this chair mid October 2023. It’s been what 6.5 months! Such a waste of $319, I should of just went to micro center and got a chair from there.

I loved this chair until, like other people have commented, the base cracked and the piston pushed down to the floor. I bought this November 27, 2022 and it lasted about 5 months before this happened. I keep piece of cardboard under the piston now so the floor won't be scratched up anymore. Now you also can't roll the chair because of that. Also, my return window for this ended January 30th so there may not be anything I can do about it.

Like others I've seen recently the plastic base cracks having the piston fall through. The chair is amazing if not for this faulty design.

Do NOT waste your time. The company no longer exists, you cannot get parts, RAZER states they were only a collaborator and therefore had no responsibility when the chair failed. No warranty, NO parts, no responsibility. Not by ZEN, RAZER or the parent company. At this point I wouldn't even purchase a RAZER. Which we THOUGHT it was.

I purchased this chair as a Christmas gift for my mother. My mom is not a big person, rather light and 80 yrs old. With Razor's good reputation, we thought how could it be a bad product or something wrong with it. After 3 months of use, like you read from several, the base cracked and the piston/main stem that attaches to the base slipped through the base hitting the floor. Then my mom did not realize what was happening, but after trying to move back and forth from her desk, it was getting harder to roll in, till she noticed all the scratches on her hardwood floors. I wish I would have seen all the many others who experienced the same thing with the base cracking. I am open to anyone with suggestions on how to fix this because my mom loves the chair other than this that happened.
