AMD has confirmed that the AM5 socket kit will use the same AM4 Kit that comes with the Flux

It doesn't come with it separately, but rather it's already coated on the cooler. so you remove the plastic and attach

Q: Will this come with the amd am5 bracket?

The PL360 Flux comes with the mounting latch for AM5/AM4 support but requires the backplate provided with the motherboard.
