I’ve been taking this for about 3 months now and can genuinely tell a difference from when I am taking it versus when I’m not. I overall have more energy and feel like I’m retaining less water weight. I’m also sleeping much better! If you have PCOS like me, I’d highly encourage you to look into the benefits of taking it! This is quality. It's better than taking Matt Foreman. Metformin has too much side effects but stuff is quality product. I like it very much.

I watched a Facebook video with the Vshred guy and he had a lot of good information but he mentioned chromium so I read the reviews on this one and I'm blown away at the results I received even the next day.It curbs your appetite without making you feel any different in any other way like it doesn't make you feel weird or jittery and it levels out your blood sugar so what I understand is chromium gets into the blood and pulls the sugar out into the cells to create energy which is what our bodies are supposed to do but if you're like me you store sugar because apparently my body thinks I'm in the fight or flight mode all the time.Trust me when I tell you this is a little miracle pill.
