RLC Labsi-Throid IODINE 6.25 mg-- 90 Capsules by RLC Labs

My iodine level was very low. Appropriate iodine level is important for breast health. My functional medicine provider recommended this brand. Other supplements are measured at the mcg level. This one is in mg, which is what I needed.

This product has been very beneficial for my health. I could tell the difference when I ran out. I have reordered and taking it again, much better than the drug thyroid meds, at least for me. Great product which I will continue to take.
