Non toxic and biodegradable
Fantastic non toxic alternative to mineral spirits. It works well for cleaning oil painting brushes between colors during painting sessions and afterwards. A very impressive product. I’m not limited to water mixable oils any longer! I had been avoiding traditional oils due to the toxic properties of petroleum based solvents. They are absolutely unnecessary andcame into use only during the petroleum era with it’s catastrophic results.

Great brush cleaner for artists who work in oils
Dang, this is the best brush cleaner I've used, far and above any of the turpentine-based products. Just swish your brush a couple of times, wipe on a paper towel, and it's clean. Low evaporation rate and takes paint off of other surfaces and fabrics too. Look out, for it's strong. I wouldn't use it for glazing as some suggest because it will remove layers of paint including the undercoat. And look out for using it on plastics. I tried to wipe some paint splatter off my laptop cover and it removed the color baked into the molding, some form of plastic, I presume. But this is a great environmentally-friendly product for cleaning oil paint off your brushes, your hands, your clothes and furniture!

Smells
So as a thinner, this product worked fine for me. However I still cannot use this inside the house. I was sick all day with a headache from the smell. They maybe totally accurate when they say the fumes are non toxic, but they are still there and if you are sensitive (I did not know I was until I tried it) they may still bother you. I do not want to use the other odorless solvents out there so I am still looking for a solution for indoor painting without industrial ventilation. PS I will try this for Plein Aire painting as there maybe enough air flow as to not bother me.

Excellent for my work!
Tried this for the first time today, and this product is exactly what I was looking for. It thins my paint beautifully and doesn't give me a headache. I paint in thin layers, and it offers great consistency and fast drying time. Yes, it has a smell - to me, the smell isn't very strong, but I would say it is "specific". I can understand how some can be sensitive to this odor. I am extremely sensitive to Liquin and Turpentine (even the odor free version) to a point where I get nauseous quickly. But this stuff doesn't bother me at all. I also have a small fan running next to my palette.

I'm allergic to it
I don't detect any scent, but every time I use it, my sinuses go crazy with allergy symptoms.

Pricy but worth it for Non-Toxic thinner
I bought this as a non-toxic (thinner alternative) solution to my oil painting and so far am not disappointed. It does have an odor that is a bit irritating (thinner too of course) but I would call it a good trade off for better health. Best to use in well ventilated area.

Seriously, this stuff stinks!
It may say Eco friendly but this is the worse product for cleaning brushes i have ever had. It's super oily and the smell is horrible. I had to wash my brushes twice with Masters (which i love, wish they had a liquid version) and then put them in boiling water to get the smell out.If you are sensitive to smells, don't buy this.Sorry Eco Solve.

Non toxic and works great!
I have used eco-solve thinner for several years and find it to be a great replacement for solven-based thinners. I am sensitive to VOC's and I have no problems with toxic vapors when using eco solve in my studio.
