I love this thing. I use it every night before I sleep. It has a little basket on the bottom that you can take out and put whatever essential oil you like on there. I usually put in 2 drops of lavender and it lasts the whole duration I’ve got it set on.There are different colors of lights to choose from. But since I use this when I’m sleeping, I only really use the red color so it isn’t so bright. Even the clear one is a little too bright for me. It’s like having your lamp on all night with that thing. I prefer to sleep as dark as possible. And the red light setting is the perfect LOW brightness for me.Mine didn’t really come with instructions to assemble it together. But it was really easy to get it done. And trust me I’m not a big fan of assembling things together either.As far was water capacity, I’ve honestly used about 6 of the 16 oz water bottles to fill it up to the top. And when I place the timer to 6-8 hours on LOW, it’s probably at the middle or just a little bit under the halfway point of the humidifier. The mist amount is perfect. I do make sure I place a placemat or a small towel underneath it just so it doesn’t accidentally leak out water or the essential oil and ruin my furniture.I’d highly recommend to anyone who wants to wake up feeling refreshed. No more dryness if you live in that type of environment and it’s also helped me from sneezing so much every time. Great investment. Great Sleep. And I can breathe peacefully.

love this little humidifier! It’s compact, yet holds plenty of water to run a long time ( only on low thou! ) It’s almosttotally silent, all you can hear is the mister. the unit is built well, feels really solid. It’s made for a smaller rooms, (perfect for my small place,) so you might want to get 2, if you havelarge rooms or a huge house. lol ! The top fill is great, less spillage, & I don’t have to move the whole unit to the sink to fill! This makes it easy to clean too. They even include a long brush for cleaning the machine! The colored lights in the tank are cool too! I use it for a night light, I love it! There’s 7 different colors to choose from, or let the colors change at random. (I stumbled on this feature & I really like it, but the manual or website does NOT tell you how to set it to random color change. I looked & looked for, how to change the light features , to no avail!The manufacturer, should pay attention,(are you listening? ) & revise the instructions, on how to do that!Other than that, what’s NOT to like, about this little humidifier?’I highly recommend this humidifier! Buy one, you’ll see, it’s a GREAT VALUE! & nowadays that’s a NICE SURPRISE!!

Love this humidifier. This little guy is powerful! We only ever use it for our daughter’s room when she’s sick and congested. It’s worked great to help with that. Great value for your money. Easy to keep clean and the water capacity usually means we can run it for 1-1.5 days before refilling. I love that you can turn the lights off of it so her room remains dark. We used a Vicks humidifier prior but got sick of purchasing filters and cleaning. This one is very easy to keep clean. WARNING my ONLY complaint is that because it’s an unfiltered humidifier, you do get mineral build up from hard water that is deposited into the air. We find a white powdery residue all over furniture in her room. Not ideal if you have respiratory or allergy issues. We do not, so it works out fine if we don’t have purified water on hand. We use tap water but you can avoid this by purchasing purified/filtered water. That’s my old reason for not giving it 5 stars.
