I had a hard time replacing this shape shade for two of my lamps. When I found this style I was thrilled. It is a nice soft white color and very sturdy. They are easy to clean and look great. I would have liked them to be just a tiny bit longer. Happy I bought. They were a bit pricey but you get what you pay for.

I have Chinese porcelain lamps from the 1950s that my parents bought then. The original lampshades are long gone. I have been searching for replacements and couldn't find any this shape. They are expensive so I ordered one and it is perfect in shape, size and quality. I have since ordered the second one. I could not be more pleased.

The lamp I received was faulty. I contacted the company and they corrected the problem right away. They sent me another lamp shade which is perfect. I don't even have to return the faulty one.

First, arrived in a sturdy cardboard box packed in an ingenious way that minimized packing materials. Second, exceeded expectations for the quality of the lampshade materials and the way the shade is constructed. Third, IMO it’s beautiful and makes the lamp prettier than the original shade that came with the lamp. Fourth, CANNOT beat the price. I’ve been looking for a replacement for over a year. i wish i could upload a photo but im not that tech savvy. First of all i had ordered a lampshade that i thought would fit with our decor since all my lamps are handmade leaded glass and i have a couple of tiffany's as well, well that one came it was disgusting they claimed hand painted there was nothing handpainted about it and cost the same as this item. The second shade i picked out was a barrel type again came damaged because they packed it with a heavy item that i had ordered. I was afraid to try again and i came across this beauty, it was well packaged, came with the extender to heighten the shade i absolutely love it and would NOT hesitate to order again. Initially I tried to cancel this order then decided to keep it and I'm very glad I did. Look out Lamps Plus I'll be on the lookout soon! Thank you for taking care of me! Ingrid.

As others have said, comes beautifully packed ( by #4876 on my packing slip). Comes with a bronze harp and ordinary finial cap, but no uno harp baseplate ring, so now have to go out and get one as previous dead lampshade used a cone cage. Shade sitting askew loose on top of cone cage until the new harp ring arrives. Would have been nice to know before ordered the shade so could have bought the harp ring in time…Or offer the harp ring as part of purchase, asking buyer the size you need. Otherwise all good

Love the pleated and empire style of this shade.The white color goes well with the large lamp base.
