Some probiotics you feel it working. This one just does its job, no fuss, no muss, reduced bloating! I love it. One less star for size. Maybe its just me but the capsule gets stuck horizontally in my throat.

The first time I took this product I woke up the next morning with extreme dizziness. My stomach was also very very talkative. Tried reaching out to ask what the potential side effects were with no response so I will not be ordering this again.

My nutritionist recommended a probiotic with the strains in this one. However, this one is much more cost effective. So I trust that the strains are the ones that are most important.
